*In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian nationals can present any of the mandatory following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
*Any unused accommodation missed meals missed inclusion/services such as
unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
*No refund will be made for any missed transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, Strike, Roadblocks orany other factor beyond our control
*The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
*In the case of No-show, the entire amount will be charged made towards the booking
*Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Refund processing takes time ranging from minimum 10 days to 30 days ,depending upon the season.
*Extra-person (if not mentioned in the mail) charges will apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
*An extra charge will be applicable for change in room category or upgrade, depending on hotel policy
*The inclusion of 'extra bed' with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or mattress or a bedroll, as an extra bed.
*The confirmation is subjected to availability.
*Accommodation will be according to the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or similar hotels.
*The inclusion of ‘honeymoon inclusion’ will be provided according to hotel policy
*Rooms are subject to availability. No reservation has been made to date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for the mentioned dates/ month.
*Any kind of damage from a traveler in the room will be chargeable on the spot to the hotel.
*If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/alternative hotels.
*Gala Dinner charges will be extra for Christmas Eve and New Year.
*Any changes in Transportation The service will be extra payable.
*The traveler has to take care of his own luggage/baggage/carried item. We are not responsible for any loss of luggage/baggage/carried item.
*The vehicle will go according to itinerary given in Package any change in routing will be extra payable.
*Any kind of damage from a traveler to the vehicle will be chargeable on the spot to the driver.
*In any kind of vehicle, AC/Heater will not work in Hill Stations
*In case, vehicles not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new guidelines proposed by the H.P. Government/NGT-National green tribunal/High Court, we will not be responsible in any case.
*In any case of bad road conditions, roadblocks, we are not responsible for
any missed sightseeing/destination.
*In the situation of the vehicle broke down, the traveler has to wait with patience until vehicle repair/a vehicle got arranged.
*We are not responsible for any situation traveler missed his/her
Flight/Bus/Train and providing new transportation The service will be extra payable.
