Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be informed in writing via email before the arrival date.
Refunds, if any, will be processed only after recovery from hotels, transporters, or other vendors.
Cancellation Charges (per total package cost):
Minimum deduction: ₹1,000 per adult
50 days or more before departure: 10%
45–30 days before departure: 20–25%
28–15 days before departure: 50%
15 days or less / No-show: No refund
For bookings with insufficient advance payment, applicable cancellation charges must be paid before arrival.
Christmas & New Year period (20 Dec – 05 Jan): Booking is non-refundable.
otel refunds, if applicable, will be as per the hotel’s cancellation policy.
No refund for unused services due to bad weather, health issues, strikes, roadblocks, or any factors beyond our control.
Train ticket cancellations are subject to Railway rules.
Flight ticket cancellations will be as per airline policy.
