Returns & Refunds policy

30 days before the commencement date: 20% of total trip cost will be charged.

Before 17 days from the commencement date: 30% of total trip cost will be charged.

13 days or less before the commencement date: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).

No-show at departure: 100% of total tour cost will be deducted.

Same-day cancellation (date of booking): 12% + GST of total trip cost will be deducted.
